Business:

1. Reminder no meeting Thursday, November 26. Happy Thanksgiving!

2. Meeting 2810 TM of the Day is Forté Ward for Thursday, 3 December
2015, 7:30am, PLCC. Contact Forté to fill a role.

Future meetings:

10 Dec 2015 – TMoD needed
17 Dec 2015 – Nekisha Tate — this is our end of year Holiday Party
meeting.***
24/31 Dec 2015 — Holiday Break
07 Jan 2016 – TMoD needed

***Let us know if you have a conference room that can be used. As the PLCC
does not allow outside food to be brought in, it becomes quite a bit more
expensive to host breakfast there.

2. District 27 Conference was held November 14. Elizabeth Femrite and Herman Raybon attended.

Elizabeth Femrite reported about the Table Topics Contest and that one of the contestants had been
Former Helmsmen TM Yash Sinha.

Herman Raybon received his official recognition by District 27 as a new Distinguished Toastmaster!!

3. Think about being a leader for the club for the January – June 2016
semester. Toastmasters Leadership Institute training will be held in
January 2016. Please contact Forté Ward and other officers if you wish to gain some officer experience. Training is free.

5. December Holiday Party. December 17th we will celebrate another year of
learning.

Day know even if you are not scheduled. We can
always fit you in! You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day,
Evaluator, and Table Topics Master, Timer, and many of the other duties.
During or immediately following the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to
provide a small evaluation in your leadership book.
