Business:

1. Meeting 2808 TM of the Day is Carmita Cooke for Thursday, 12
November 2015, 7:30am, PLCC. Contact Carmita to fill a role.

***Let us know if you have a conference room that can be used. As the PLCC does
Not allow outside food to be brought in, it becomes quite a bit more expensive to host breakfast there.

2. District 27 Conference to be held Saturday, November 14, in Rosslyn, at
Top of the Towers, 1400 N 14th St, Rosslyn. go to d27tm.org and

for event and ticket information. See 6 great table topics speakers
compete at the Table Topics contest and 6 more great speakers compete at
the Humorous Speech contest. District 27 will present the Communication
and Leadership Award to Dr. Willie Jolley (#1 Rated Motivational &
Inspirational Speaker). Additionally, our very own Herman Raybon will be
awarded Distinguished Toastmaster! There will be other expert presentations
on various topics of interest to toastmasters and great networking
opportunities!

3. Please schedule your speeches and other major roles and see how you can
make your goals. Be that Big Time Player who will step up his game! We got your back! — work on the next speech,
the next leadership role you need to complete your next goal! Tell our VP-
E when you will give your next speech or take on your next leadership role
OR, go into helmsmen.easy-speak.org and assign yourself. If you don’t
have your easy-speak credentials, let us know!

4. Think about being a leader for the club for the January – June 2016
semester. Toastmasters Leadership Institute training will be held in
January 2016.

5. December Holiday Party. December 17th we will celebrate another year
of learning.

speech, let the TM of the Day know even if you are not scheduled. We can
always fit you in! You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day,
Evaluator, and Table Topics Master, Timer, and many of the other duties.
During or immediately following the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to
provide a small evaluation in your leadership book.
