Congratulate Phillip Hamrock on his first time as TM of the Day with “Taste of Italy” !!

It was a fantastic meeting and it was challenging due to Papal visit and normal challenges!

Business:

1. Area 11 Humorous Speech and Table Topics Contests
, Tuesday, September 29, Room 4E983, 5:30pm
Area 11 Director Robert Kuhn is the POC.

2. Meeting 2802 TM of the Day needed for on Thursday, 01 October 2015, 7:30am, PLCC. Contact Carmita Cooke, VP-Education if you can fill this role.

3. Division A Contest TBD and
District 27 Conference will be held Saturday, November 14th in Rosslyn.

4. Renewal Dues! Let’s just do it!

— Carl Sabath the club treasurer is collecting dues. If you are unable
to get your dues to Carl during the club meeting (he is in the Mark
Center), please contact Elizabeth Femrite or Herman Raybon, Jr., to make
arrangements to meet (in the building).

—Planning on going and supporting Kim Winborne and Annette Sanks at the contest, bring your dues then!

Evaluation was done by everyone but Carmita Cooke will be providing the formal written evaluation.

Table Topics Master was Forte Ward

Table Topics speakers were Carl Sabath, Nancy Bell, Herman Raybon, Carmita Cooke, Phillip Hamrock and Kim Winborne

Closing Comments were provided by Forte Ward

minute changes. Things change often, so when you are ready to give your
speech, let the TM of the Day know even if you are not scheduled. We can
always fit you in! You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day,
Evaluator, and Table Topics Master, Timer, and many of the other duties.
During or immediately following the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to
provide a small evaluation in your leadership book.
