Minutes for Meeting 2670 Helmsmen Toastmasters Club 2412 Thursday January 17, 2013


1. On behalf of our VP Education, Mike Quashne……. 86% of us confirmed our roles and/or attendance for this week’s meeting using the “Easy-Speak” system. With the help of this system, Helmsmen Toastmasters will run exceedingly smoothly, and your educational achievements will be tracked with pinpoint precision. Please take a look at the guide (attached), log into the system, and take some time to look around, you can’t break anything that can’t be fixed!

2. Forté D. Ward will be Toastmaster of the Day next week, Thursday, January 24, 2013.

3. We will meet in room B7 in the Pentagon Library and Conference Center next week.

Carlos Arzeno was our Ballot Counter!

Damien Butler was our Table Topics Master!

Cindy Minnifield was our Master Evaluator!

Annette Sanks was our Closer!

Remember that you can always be on the “Hot Seat” for last minute changes.

Things change often, so when you are ready to give your speech, let the TM of the Day know even if you are not scheduled. We can always fit you in!

You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day, Evaluator, Table Topics Master, Timer and many of the other duties. Right after the meeting or during the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to provide a small evaluation in your leadership book. Distinguished Club Program – The more we do as Individuals, the more goals our Club achieves. If you go to Club Central and go to Distinguished Club Program (DCP) reports, you can view the latest status of the goals for Helmsmen Toastmasters club
