Welcome guests Richard Killebrew, Dale Davis, and for the third time Matt
Roughton! We hope you’ll decide to join our club!

Business:

1) Jim Adams handed out minutes from the Executive Officers’ meeting held on
Wednesday 28 March 2012.  We will continue to focus on speech times to
ensure we are meeting the timing goals.

2) Next week we’ll meet in Room M1 of the Pentagon Library and Conference
Center.

3) Toastmaster of the Day for next week will be Herman Raybon, our VP
Membership.

Wilkinson

Congratulate Stephanie Pettway, Speaker 3, with her speech “Come Full
Circle”, Competent Communicator Manual Project #6, Vocal Variety, evaluated
by Forte Ward

Remember that you can always be on the “Hot seat” for last minute changes.

Things change often so when you are ready to give your speech let the TM of
the Day know even if you aren’t “scheduled.” We can almost always fit you
in!

You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day, Evaluator, Table Topics
Master, Timer and many of the other duties.  Right after the Meeting or
during the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to provide a small
evaluation in your leadership book.
