Next week, for Meeting 2591, June 2, 2011, your Toastmaster of the Day will be Todd Oja, we’ll be in room B10!
Jim Adams is scheduled to be Master Evaluator. These assignments will be confirmed.

Current officers will give a briefing on what their officer role entails.

Elections are Coming. As a club that meets weekly, we choose officers for six-month terms. Our immediate Past President is scouting out officers for a slate. These are ways to develop your leadership in different ways. The officers are: President, VP Education, VP Membership, VP Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms. Remember Great Helmsmen Say, “Yes!”

Meeting Assignments Tracker and Syllabus Tracker. Jim is out of pocket for a few weeks, I sent you all a schedule and new roster. If you have changes, please let me know.

Roster Updates: Please let Carl Sabath know if your email, address info or telephone numbers have changed.

Room Updates: Bert Romero is working to get a room upgrade for us at the PLCC.

Publicity: Please advertise us! Lilnell Small-Storm, Andrea Clark and Carl Sabath are working on posting flyers and having an updated presence on kiosks around the pentagon.

Remember that you can always be on the “Hot seat” for last minute changes.

Things change often so when you are ready to give your speech let the TM of the Day know even if you aren’t “scheduled.” We can almost always fit you in!

You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day, Evaluator, Table Topics master, Timer and many of the other duties. Right after the Meeting or during the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to provide a small evaluation in your leadership book.

Distinguished Club Program – The More We Do as Individuals, the More Goals Our Club Achieves.
