Welcome to our guests Paul Munyon, Mark Mead, Paul Cuyler, Carlton Hart. We hope you’ll decide to join us at the Helmsmen Toastmaster Club.


Area A1 Contest will be held Wednesday, April 20, 6pm, at the Aurora Hills Recreation Center on S. Hayes St., Arlington, VA

Refer to the Meeting Assignments Tracker and Syllabus Tracker to keep up with your meeting assignments. A copy of the tracker is included as an attachment. Contact James Adams, Vice President-Education for more info. He is usually available before or after the meeting.

Next Week, April 21: Lillian Wilkinson will be TM of the Day will help from Bert Romero! On deck for Speaking are Duane Durante, Joe Delaney and Vicente Camacho

Remember that you can always be on the “Hot seat” for last minute changes.

Things change often so when you are ready to give your speech let the TM of the Day know even if you aren’t “scheduled.” We can almost always fit you in!

You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day, Evaluator, Table Topics master, Timer and many of the other duties. Right after the Meeting or during the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to provide a small evaluation in your leadership book.

Distinguished Club Program – The More We Do as Individuals, the More Goals Our Club Achieves. If you go to club central and go to Distinguished Club Program (DCP) reports, you can view the latest status of the goals for Helmsmen Toastmasters club. Our club number is 2412. We have achieved 7 goals so far this year!
