Bert Romero led as TM of the Day with the theme “Technology” He took
through technology history from when the first color tv came out to future
technologies we’ll be seeing in the marketplace

Word of the Day: RIANT provided by Jay McColgan

Speakers were: Nathalie Carey and Sheila Lane, two icebreaker speeches.

Earl White was our Master Evaluator

Evaluations were provided by Jay McColgan and Carl Sabath

Wonderful table topics per provided by Nino Dobrovic.

Bert Romero provided Opening and Closing as well as Grammarian and Ah
Counter Report

Best Speaker of the Day was Sheila Lane

Best Table Topic Speaker was Jay McColgan

Best Evaluator was Carl Sabath

1. Next week, Thursday April 1. We’ll be in Room
M-3, so don’t travel down to the basement level. Earl White will be the
Toastmaster of the Day.
Some roles have been filled so please email him so he will know what duty
you can help with

2. March is Dues Month

We’re at the final stretches…and we’re happy about that!

Thank you everyone who has been contacted and especially those who have
already paid!

Our treasurer, Tiffany Daniel, appreciates it so much!

Renewing Members pay $36 in March for April through September. If you can’t
attend the meeting, You can contact Kim and arrange to deliver your payment
to her at 703-695-4605. Please do it today or early next week by Tuesday if
possible.

Guests, that have attended our meeting, we hope you will decide (and DARE
YOU) to join our ranks and fill out an application to get started in the TM
Educational Program. New Members pay $62 for March-September; those who join
in April pay $56 for April-September. In September, all renewing members pay
$36 for next 6-month period.

3. Duty Schedule sign up. We have a spreadsheet that goes around at the
meeting to indicate what role you would like to perform at each meeting.
Most importantly, we’d like to DARE you to let us know when you can give
your next speech. Help us plan and schedule our upcoming meetings.

4. Don’t forget to bring in your Leadership manual. You can get, DARE I
say, credit for being Toastmaster of the Day, Evaluator, Table Topics
master, Timer and many of the other duties. Right after the meeting or
during the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to provide a small
evaluation in your leadership book.
