1.  Next week:  TMoD will be Kim Humes; we’re in room B-8.  Kim already has
2 speakers but others are needed.

2.  December 17 will be a holiday meeting with extended table topics and a
grab bag of sorts.
This is the perfect regifting venue.  Please spend no more than $5-10.  Bert
Romero will be TMOD for this meeting.
We’re in room B-8.

This will be the last meeting of the year.  Please prepare your next
speeches and get on the schedule to speak.

3.  Our first meeting of the New Year will be  January 7.

4.  We are putting together the slate of officers for the January – June
2010 time frame.  We are looking for a Sergeant at Arms.  All officers will
be trained at the Toastmasters Leadership Institute training in January and

So far the slate includes
President Earl White
VP, Education Bert Romero
VP, Membership Kim Humes
VP, Public Relations Carl Sabath
Secretary/Treasurer Tiffany Daniel

Sergeant at Arms — Could be you!!!

5.  Plan ahead.  Please use this time to think about how often you can give
speeches and put yourself on the calendar to do so.  Take those actions as
Bert told us in his speech today!  Giving speeches and performing different
roles at the meeting is how we achieve our individual and club speaking and
leadership goals.

6.  Please continue to invite members.  The club is more energetic with more
members.  More members bring in more ideas!

Happy Speaking!
