2. Toastmasters International Conference signup – pick and choose what you would like to attend at the following site for Convention Information for Chicago in August 22-25: toastmasters.org.

So far Audrey Britton, Angela Vines-Crosson and Herman Raybon have signed up!

3. Speaker/Role SignUp – Just a reminder to fill out the signup sheet that goes around during the meeting for roles at future meetings. Please let our VP-E Lillian Wilkinson (soon to be Elizabeth Femrite) know when you wish to give your next speech.
You can also send our VP-Education an email indicating when you want to perform a specific role or when you are on leave…try to plan ahead. This helps the TM of the Day plan for the meeting.

4. Please assist Randy Estrella, our VP-Public Relations as he works to increase our social media presence.

Reminder, you may still be on the “Hot Seat” for last minute changes. Things change often, so when you are ready to give your speech, let the TM of the Day know even if you are not scheduled. We can always fit you in! You can get credit for being Toastmaster of the Day, Evaluator, and Table Topics Master, Timer, and many of the other duties. During or immediately following the meeting, ask your fellow Toastmaster to provide a small evaluation in your leadership book.
