1. SAVE THE DATE! Holiday Party Thursday 20 December 2018, you are invited to join us in a Helmsmen Toastmasters’ style holiday celebration!

Time: 0730-0845 (during our normal meeting time)

Location: PLCC

Details: We’ll have a gift exchange (value $10 or less; can also be a re-gift) in a Table Topics format. There will be breakfast food, coffee, orange juice, water.

1. The Helmsmen Toastmaster blub is hosting a breakfast to celebrate Helmsmen 61st Anniversary Open House which will be held in Fresh Market November 8, 2018 0730-0830. The breakfast is open to members and guests. More information will be forthcoming.

9. Speaker/Role Sign-up – Just a reminder to fill out the signup sheet that goes around during the meeting for roles at future meetings. Please let our VP-E, Elizabeth Femrite know when you wish to give your next speech.

You can also send our VP-Education an email indicating when you want to perform a specific role or when you are on leave…try to plan ahead. This helps the TM of the Day plan for the meeting.
